Informal BBQ or Buffet Wedding
This Offer is for those wanting a relaxed, unstructured and inexpensive day while still having some flexibility of choice.
The ceremony and reception follow the usual lines, with Champagne in the garden if the weather permits. However, the meal format caters very much for those who want to avoid the formal 3-course meal with table plans. Guests collect their food from a buffet, hopefully outside, taking a glass and cutlery on the way to sitting down where they want - in the shade inside, at the terrace tables or, if it's dry, on picnic rugs on the grass.
As well as a great-value meal, some normally chargeable items such as tables and chairs are thrown in, staff savings are made because of the easier table preparation, and instead of glass we use high-quality polycarbonate glasses which means people can happily spread themselves out on the lawn with no fear of breakages (and another cost saving).
After a generous main course buffet, we'll bring round something easy-to-eat in your fingers, such as delicious home-made ice cream and sorbet in cones.
