Hire Prices 2012/2013

These are hire prices for the use of the Barn, the new Oak Room (see below) and its facilities from 12.00 p.m. on the day of hire through to locking up at 2.00 a.m. the next day (which means ending the party at 1.00 a.m.).

The Barn Hire includes:

• Bentwood (hoopback) chairs for inside use for up to 160 people:
• 16 round tables for 160 people at 10 per table
• 3 rectangular trestle tables for a top table if required
• 4 heavy timber tables for ceremonies and other use

New for 2012:  In January 2012 we are building a traditional oak-framed building alongside the barn which will remove the need for a marquee supplied by the caterers.  This will be a properly-insulated, underfloor-heated structure by the same team who have built our ceremony shelter in the Glade.  The Oak Room must be hired for weddings of more than 40 guests.
