Barbecue menu
Available as the main meal of the day. Seating can be inside with table plans, or completely informal with
guests choosing inside, terrace, or picnic rug seating, or on tables on the lawn.
Basic barbecue
1/2 lb top rump burger - bread - baked potato with sour cream, butter & chives, coleslaw, green salad & tomato salad.
(Our burgers are made from pure top rump beef with no additions).

These all come with either the Rotisserie menu Standard Canapes (see here) or a pudding chosen from our Rotisserie menu.

English summer: Coronation chicken (in curry mayonnaise) –

English winter: Beef stew – mashed potato – peas
