We don’t allow direct connection to our amp. We supply you with a cable which terminates with XLR, RCA phonos or mini-jack to connect to your system.
We also have an external sound card for laptops which will improve the sound quality. It works via USB and plugs and plays with most laptops - although we have had problems twice with Dells. If you want to use this we suggest you arrange to come a little early to set it up.
The PA is not for use by bands.

If you're playing music from your ipod or laptop, it will improve quality noticeably if you record your songs at higher than standard Bit Rate, either 256 kbps with VBR, as in the image of the iTunes Importing settings below, or, if disk space is not an issue, 320 kbps.
