Provisional Bookings

Once you've made a firm decision to go ahead, please email or phone us and we'll be happy to hold a date for you for 7 days while you check with key people that the date is good.  We'll set you up on our online invoicing system and email you a link.  You can then log-in to the system, re-check the details, and download the Booking Forms.

If you're having a Civil Ceremony, you'll also need to check with the Registrar that they can do the date.  Please download the "Civil Ceremony" document below for details.

Confirming the Booking

Before the end of the 7-day Provisional Booking period, please send us the completed Booking Forms by post, either enclosing a deposit cheque made out to Cripps Barn Hire for half the Hire Fee plus half the £125 Ceremony Fee if applicable, or transferring the deposit to our account (details on the online invoice), or paying by Debit Card by phone.

The Booking is formally confirmed when your payment has cleared and we've sent you a copy of the countersigned Booking Form.  You online invoice will be updated to receipt your deposit.
