Before you book Cripps Barn
Cripps Catering is the only caterer and marquee provider operating at Cripps Barn, so it's important that, before you confirm your Cripps Barn Hire booking, you have had a look through Cripps Catering's pages and have understood and acccepted our prices, menus, services and the Terms on our Booking Form, which we'll email to you, and which you'll need to sign and send in at the same time as you book Cripps Barn.

Price Examples
We try and put as much price information on this website as possible but there are some variables - like staff costs - which aren't easy for you to work out. We have therefore produced a range of ready-made Price Examples for different numbers of people. These are dummy invoices which show all the different cost components, and whilst they are not specific quotes, they will give you a reasonable basis for estimating your final bill. Please email or call us us and we will send you one.
Minimum prices at peak times
There are minimum charges for Cripps Catering as follows:
April to September:
£4,000 plus VAT on Fridays
£5,000 plus VAT on Saturdays
October to March:
£3,000 plus VAT on Saturdays
However, if you want a smaller wedding or are on a tight budget don't hesitate to talk to us; we can be flexible on off-peak days and for shorter notice bookings. See our Offers
Marquees
All weddings with over 40 guests must hire a marquee as the day cannot be properly run in one room, especially in the case of rain.
Food supply
The only food that you can bring yourselves is a conventional wedding cake. Everything else, including a 'cheese wedding cake', is provided by us.
